ArchiShelter Limited (RC 852362) was incorporated with the core objectives of delivering excellence in project development and management, construction services, and real estate consultancy. We are a Lagos-headquartered firm with the capacity and intent to operate across Nigeria and beyond.
Our portfolio spans residential homes, commercial buildings, institutional facilities, and large-scale estate developments. We serve both private homeowners seeking a trusted partner for their dream home, and corporate or institutional clients who require the discipline, documentation, and delivery standards of a professional firm.

ArchiShelter Limited is fully committed to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance on every site. Our policy mandates the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all site personnel, regular safety briefings, documented hazard assessments, and immediate corrective action when any risk is identified.
Staff are trained continuously in best-practice safety protocols. Environmental impact is considered in our site management planning, and we work to minimise disruption to surrounding communities and ecosystems throughout construction.
We adhere strictly to internationally acceptable engineering and construction specifications on all projects. Our QA/QC process includes material testing and verification, stage-by-stage inspection against approved drawings, and sign-off at each critical construction milestone before proceeding to the next phase.
Our Quantity Surveyor and Structural Engineer actively supervise workmanship quality — ensuring that what is built matches what was designed, to the exact specification. No shortcuts. No substitutions without approval.
